2. Definitions

• "Aboin": Refers to our company, platform, apps, and associated services.

• "User": Refers to individuals who download and use the Aboin app to manage services.

• "Family Member": Refers to the relatives of the User for whom the services are booked.

• "Service Providers Or ABOIN Team": Includes Personal Assistants, Driver Vendors, and other service providers listed on the platform.

• "Services": Refers to medical assistance, property Monitoring, elderly care, personal assistance, and other tasks offered by Aboin.

3. Scope of Services

Aboin provides a platform to manage:

• Medical Assistance: Including hospital visits, diagnostics, personal assistants, and cab services.

• Property Monitoring: Including property inspections and security.

• Elderly Care and Personal Assistance:Including booking helpers for day-to-day needs.

4. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate information, including details about family members and service requirements.

• Users must ensure prompt payment for services booked through the platform.

• Users must cooperate with service providers and adhere to the guidelines shared during service execution.

5. Service Providers

• Aboin acts as a facilitator and is not directly responsible for the quality or conduct of individual service providers.

• Service providers are bound to maintain professionalism and confidentiality while delivering services.

• Service providers must verify their tasks with OTPs where required and update the status upon task completion.

6. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made in advance through the app to confirm bookings.

• Refunds will be processed as per the cancellation and refund policy.

• Users are responsible for ensuring adequate wallet balance or payment methods for service bookings.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations are permitted within the stipulated time mentioned for each service category.

• Refunds will be initiated only for cancellations made before the service provider begins the task.

• Aboin reserves the right to deduct cancellation fees as applicable.

8. Privacy and Data Security

• User data, including family member details, will be stored securely and used only for service execution.

• Aboin complies with data protection laws and ensures that user information is not shared with third parties without consent.

9. Liability

• Aboin is not liable for any damages arising from:

• Delays or failures in service execution from the user’s end.

• Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by Users.

• Unauthorized access to the User’s account due to negligence in safeguarding login credentials.

10. Modifications to Terms

Aboin reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Hyderabad, India].
